Recently, in the Webster Neighbors Facebook Group, a group member left an extremely positive review for a Webster-family-owned Jewelry store called MJ Gabel. That review received dozens of comments and reactions and all of them were overwhelmingly positive. We had to find out more, so we reached out to Matt Gabel, partner of the business (his wife Anne is the other partner in the business), to learn more about the company. Matt was born and raised in Webster and resides here in town as well.
We were surprised to learn that almost a year ago now, they had quietly relocated from nearby Ontario into the old martial arts center building at 13 South Ave in the Village of Webster. Just a few doors down from the Fire Station, MJ Gabel has already become a Webster resident favorite and they were recently recognized by the Chamber of Commerce as Business of the Month.
“We truly enjoy the thrill we see when clients come in for the first time”, Matt said when asked about their experience so far in the busy Village of Webster. Their walk-in traffic has increased significantly, with most new clients either looking to purchase new jewelry or looking to part with pieces they no longer wish to have. This works out well because MJ Gabel specializes in just that, consulting and helping clients get the most for their valuables. Matt told us, “We take a lot of time working with each client to determine which of our services best fits their needs. We enjoy creating a scenario where clients are able to walk away with the highest amount possible for their jewelry pieces and feel confident in their decision to sell.”.
We also learned that MJ Gabel services clients both nationally in all 50 States, and internationally in Canada and the UK.
