The annual “Best of Rochester” survey by City Newsletter is happening now and this year Webster’s very own Waterfront Art Festival is up for the “Best Art Festival” category. The festival, which takes place at the scenic North Ponds Park, has become a favorite for festival goers across Monroe County and beyond.
