Webster Police Dept. Parade
This morning the Webster community came out to celebrate Owen Knight’s 15th Birthday. The Webster Police Department and several other organizations joined together to hold a parade in Owen’s honor. The parade began at Town Hall and traveled to Webster Thomas H.S., where Owen’s school community was waiting with a party.
Happy Birthday Owen!
